Do I get a tracking number?
No. All PROXY PRINT cards are digital downloads, so nothing is shipped physically and there is no tracking number.
How do I receive my order?
Right after your payment you receive an email with a secure download link. You can download your file immediately.
I didn't receive my download email
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll send your file personally.
What sizes do I get?
Depending on the option you choose: Small 10x15 cm or Large A4 (21 x 29,7 cm). You can print at home or at a print shop.
Can I get a refund?
Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, orders can't be returned. If something is wrong with your file, contact us and we'll fix it.
